Aqua Pros Swim School has been serving the San Diego community for over 27 years. Now that we have expanded to Mesa, Arizona, We are seeking individuals who love children, swimming and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Our warm indoor swimming pool and year-round swim program has opportunities for you!

Aqua Pros is short for Aquatic Professionals. Aqua Pros Swim School strives to provide a stable and productive work environment for those who collectively want to further their swim instruction knowledge to create a full time career.  For some of our staff at Aqua Pros Swim School, positions have evolved into a career; for other staff, Aqua Pros has been a stepping stone to future endeavors. What ever path you choose, we hope that the time spent here at Aqua Pros will be one of the most rewarding, exciting and fun jobs you experience during your lifetime.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST love working with children!

  • MUST have a strong aquatic background such as prior swim instruction experience, competitive swimming or water polo.

  • MUST be reliable, responsible and enthusiastic.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

  • MUST be willing to get CPR and First Aid and Lifeguarding certifications. We provide during training.
